To be responsible for the daily purchasing activities of indirect material & service.
Process PR to PO in a timely manner. Track PO acknowledgement, and ensure supplier delivery on time. Take lead related indirect RFQ or bidding projects.
Ensure project goals, schedules and performance requirements are achieved.
Secure most favorable supplier contracts and agreements to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
Supplier management to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply base.
Ensure company and regulatory policy compliance.
Other jobs assigned by manager.

Bachelor degree or above, major in commercial management.
5+ years’ procurement experience in foreign company. CapEx (capital machine) or Export & Import experience are preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with supplier.
Fluent spoken / written English.
Proactive communication skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to work proactively, independently and good time management.
Sense of responsibility and teamwork oriented as well as work under pressure.
