- Make sure equipments working in safe and stable status.
- Each week/month focus on the big break down equipment , analysis and find out the root cause , then work out prevention countermeasures .
- Some non-periodicity maintenance work, work out the task instruction sheet (TIS)
- Each week lead team member to check the equipment running status and follow the PM implemention status
- Everyday check the equpiment if work in safety status ,solve the problem immediately
- Manage charge area eqpipments spare part , optimize the spare part storage ,make them more reasonable
- Hold meeting to share equipment big break down case ,make relevant people can be trained , try to reduce down time rate .
- Update equipment electrical part PM list , make them more reasonable
- Try to repair the replaced part, cost down
- Lead maintenace electrical team to implment repairing and maintenance work ,push TPM
- Lead team to do continuous improvement
- Finsh leader arranged other work
