- Material FAI evaluation and approval, data documents collection and feedback to customer.
- Inspection of incoming materials, production process inspection, product release inspection.
- Launch quality improvement actions to solve internal and external quality issues.
- Ensure materials and finished goods meet customer requirements.
- Establish and implement the quality plan, inspection instructions and qualification plan for the products. ? Planning and implementation of product audits, participation in internal process audits and support external audits as customer audits, certification audits, inspection audits, follow up action plans for the audits. Product complaint handling (both internal and external)
- Weekly meeting with customers to follow up actions for quality improvements.
- Other assignments by supervisor.
