  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree with a M.S. in Engineering or Engineering Management preferred

  • Be responsible for making the yearly budget & plan related to Industrial Engineering, including dept. expense itself.
  • Be responsible for forecast updating, on the labor cost, for the whole company.
  • Monitor the budget and forecast execution of the mentioned departments.
  • Make the relative policies and working process.
  • Supervise the execution of the policies and process.
  • Update the policies and process, per the new situation or problems found.
  • Supervise daily work, including settling process, drafting working instructions, maintaining PFMEA, making technical specifications, etc.
  • Regular assistance to Sales at supplier end, Purchasing at supplier end, Quality, and other departments.
  • Cut down cost by optimizing manufacturing process.
  • Design the organization chart of the department and participate in the personnel recruiting.
  • Maintain and update the Job Descriptions for the department.
  • Train and develop the key and back-up persons for the department.
  • Design the appraisal index, target and calculation way for the team members.
  • Keep a continuous record of regular appraisal for the team members.
  • Communicate with team members on the appraisal result and make improvement plans.
  • Keep a close connection and interface with German Headquarters.
  • Other tasks or projects assigned from direct leaders.
  • Other assistance to colleagues from Kunshan or other locations.
