  • Establish customer service standards and guidelines and monitors service performance
  • Work with the Capgemini RDC Head with appropriate roles, skills and relevant processes required for Delivery, and take part in business Bidding.
  • Coordinate daily project activities with onsite/offshore consultants 
  • Work closely with client, ensure that customer complaints are addressed and tracked
  • Engage and coach team members, continuously mentor and maintain a succession plan for all key roles and stakeholders
  • 6+ years of service management experience, at least 2 years of digital project experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in ITIL and ITSM
  • Strong project management skills are required e.g. planning, risk and resource management
  • Ability to recover and react to changes in demand in terms of quantity, quality & product attributes
  • Solid communication, presentation and training skills
  • Fluent oral and written English and Chinese
