- Establish customer service standards and guidelines and monitors service performance
- Work with the Capgemini RDC Head with appropriate roles, skills and relevant processes required for Delivery, and take part in business Bidding.
- Coordinate daily project activities with onsite/offshore consultants
- Work closely with client, ensure that customer complaints are addressed and tracked
- Engage and coach team members, continuously mentor and maintain a succession plan for all key roles and stakeholders
