- Cost calculation with specialist input – reliability for result and due date in time.
- Develop back-up plan for Equipment and part failure for a continuous delivery line
- Have an overall picture see mistakes in desgin or relative process and correct them
- Responsibility to analyze and work with tools like PFMEA to find root cause .
- Make the specification of the related tools, fixtures and machines and keep tracking until acceptance
- Improve tools design with suppliers and with internal facilities
- Make job instruction of process/addition process and training at least a production Leader or operator
