Urgent Recruitment for Startup


Since our foundation, we’ve provided effective talent solution for small and midsize companies, accumulating rich experience in urgent recruitment, core management team building, and remote recruitment. In the past year, we’ve successfully recommended nearly 150 candidates to our 60 clients. In the principle of win-win cooperation, we continually challenge ourselves to exceed clients’ expectation by implementing systematic training to improve consultants’ capabilities.

Last year we were introduced to a newly established German company with the anticipation of interviewing candidates before CEO back to Germany the next week.

After face-to-face meeting, we summarized the key responsibilities and requirements of operation manager. It took only one day finding 3 suitable candidates in our talent pool and arranging the interview.

A year later, the candidate we recommended has been promoted as GM.
